ATPM is a scenario-based, blended-learning experience — six dynamic modules covering everything from Regulatory Compliance to Leadership & Communication. You'll dig into real scenarios with your peers, apply SBAR, SWOT, and stakeholder-mapping tools, and walk away with a needs assessment, a proforma, and a set of recommendations you helped build from the ground up — capped off with a final group presentation. Bring your own facility's OFIs and stakeholder lists and leave with insights tailored to your program.

This advanced course is recommended for TPMs with 3–5+ years of experience who've completed at least one full survey cycle. Ideally, you've completed STN TOPIC and Optimal, ATS TPMC, and TCAA's Basic and Advanced Trauma Center Finance and Business courses, or have equivalent experience.
