Lisa Henneberry has over 25 years of bedside critical care experience in surgical ICUs in multiple cities throughout the states. She has worked at Yale New Haven Hospital for over 20 years initially in the Cardiothoracic ICU. For the past 12 years, she has been the Lead Performance Improvement Coordinator at Yale’s Level 1 Adult trauma center. She has a master’s degree in healthcare leadership and is certified in critical care by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. In her current role, has developed the orientation program for all registrars and PI coordinators within the health system and has oriented over 20 trauma department employees. Some of her PI initiatives have included: standardizing and expanding trauma PI processes, developing a process to monitor & share monitoring compliance to established guidelines, improving venous thromboembolism prophylaxis, and collaboration with medical examiners to improve autopsy injury reporting to promote accurate injury scoring and mortality reviews.
Stacey Wickham Stacey Wickham attended Ohio University School of Nursing where she obtained her Associates Degree in 2003. She obtained her BSN in 2008 from Ohio University and her Maters in Communication in 2021 from Franklin University. She also obtained her CCRN certification in 2008 and TCRN in 2022.
Stacey worked as a trauma critical care nurse for 15years at a level 3 trauma center in Zanesville, OH. She has been with the Trauma Program at Grant since 2013 as the trauma outreach coordinator and became the Trauma System Outreach Coordinator in 2019. Stacey has also been the Coordinator for the Stop the Bleed course since OhioHealth started teaching it in 2017. She just recently accepted a PI position at Grant Trauma as a Trauma Nurse Specialist. She is also a current board member of the Columbus Chapter of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, a member of Ohio State Trauma Nurse Leader’s and the Society of Trauma Nurses.
She lives in Cumberland, OH with her husband Fred and has 2 daughters who are both in the medical profession and 1 son who is an active duty K-9 handler with the Army. She has 5 grandchildren and enjoys spending as much time as she can with them.
