This webinar describes the anatomic and physiologic differences in pediatric trauma patients as opposed to adults, discusses certain injuries associated with these differences, and provides tips for rapidly identifying clues for shock in children.

**Mike Nolan, RN, CFRN** has been an RN for 23 years with the majority of those years in ED, Flight and Trauma. He has worked as a travel nurse, ED Manager, ED Director, Flight Nurse and Chief Flight Nurse. He is currently the Pediatric Trauma Coordinator for Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport in Louisiana, and is an active member of the Pediatric Trauma Society.
