STN continues to enjoy strong growth. With growth, new leadership opportunities are created. In additional to its International leadership led by a Board of Directors, the framework of STN includes regional and state chair roles.

Regional Chairs provide STN with a network of members who provide communication and an understanding of each of their region's specific needs. STN uses the same geographical regions as the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma to drive STN activities at a regional level.

State Chairs play an important role in supporting STN programs and membership growth at a local level.

With a fast-growing membership, a strong STN structure at the state level is an important membership support resource.
